Responsibilities

Maintain highly detailed client financial records that support advisor preparation and client deliverables
Serve as a primary point of contact for client service needs outside of 401(k) plans
Manage ongoing policyholder service and insurance administration, coordinating with carriers and internal teams
Support insurance cases from initial inquiry through ongoing service, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-through
Coordinate with attorneys and professional partners on planning-related documentation
Support case management, meeting preparation, and follow-up tracking
Maintain accurate client and policy data within the firm’s CRM
