Mid LevelDatum Technologies Group is seeking a Performance Testing professional to support the Vehicle Integration Team. The role involves managing vehicle validation, ensuring software and hardware are up-to-date, and leading communication on issue resolution.

Responsibilities
Lead communication and reporting of issues, including status updates and driving issue resolution
Plan and track vehicle validation proactively, actively support assigned systems, and manage Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R) tests and reporting
Collaborate with members of the exterior styling studio as required
Develop NVH Functional Objective targets, test plans, and validation activities with support from Test Engineers and Performance Specialists
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace) from an ABET-accredited university
Strong hands-on background with a passion for vehicle-level testing and the ability to interface with multiple internal groups
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Experience leading and managing Suppliers
Some travel required to Supplier and Corporate Engine/Transmission/Vehicle Assembly Plants—including Canada & Mexico, off-site testing facilities, and domestic support for press events
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; required to drive company vehicles
High proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Preferred
Green/Black Belt in Shainin or DFSS desirable
Basic knowledge of TeamCenter, NX, and VisProfessional Viewer
