Responsibilities
Drive cases from intake to settlement
Evaluate liability, damages, and case value
Communicate regularly and effectively with clients, insurers, and opposing counsel
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement-related materials
Assist with litigation strategy, depositions, and trial preparation as cases progress
Keep cases organized, deadlines met, and matters moving forward
Qualification
Required
A licensed attorney in good standing
Personal injury experience required
Comfortable managing volume while maintaining quality
Organized, efficient, and proactive
Confident exercising judgment and making decisions
Competitive, self-motivated, and not afraid of hard work
