Responsibilities

Lead Technical Solution Design: Architect and implement scalable solutions that integrate with HR systems and support talent development initiatives

Drive AI Innovation: Apply AI and machine learning capabilities to optimize HR workflows and enhance workforce planning

Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives

Platform Architecture & Integration: Design and deploy enterprise-grade platforms leveraging AWS, Bedrock, and other modern technologies

BOAT Process Expertise: Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance throughout solution delivery

Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency

Mentorship & Leadership: Guide junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning

Required

Minimum 8+ years of relevant technical experience in enterprise environments

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Technical Solution Design

AI/ML implementation experience

Enterprise integrations and API design

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

HR automation experience

HR systems expertise (Workday, Talent Acquisition tools)
