Responsibilities

Support the Program Manager in overall program leadership, including strategy, execution, and customer engagement
Manage day-to-day operations across multiple functional teams delivering radar hardware, software, logistics, and site activation services
Oversee development and execution of the CLS portion of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and manage CLS CA performance using Earned Value Management (EVM)
Coordinate with USAF stakeholders to align deliveries, operational support, and activation milestones across multiple CONUS/OCONUS sites
Lead risk management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives
Interface with government contracting officers, program leadership, and technical representatives to maintain alignment and compliance
Support subcontractor management, including oversight of major system and service providers
Assist with program reviews, customer briefings, data calls, and executive reporting
Contribute to staffing plans, team leadership development, and a strong program culture

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field and 12+ years of relevant experience in defense program management
Proven ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced, technically challenging environment
Demonstrated experience supporting or leading large-scale DoD acquisition programs
U.S. Citizenship and active Secret clearance required
Excellent project management, multitasking, and prioritization skills
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels
Experience in risk management and mitigation
Must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to Huntsville – North Alabama, AL

Preferred

Familiarity with radar systems, logistics, sustainment, or deployment activities
Experience interfacing with the U.S. Air Force or other military customers
