Facilities Manager
JAQUE is seeking a Facilities Manager responsible for the day-to-day operation, organization, and maintenance of the warehouse and physical facilities. This role ensures that all inbound and outbound goods, inventory systems, and building operations function efficiently, accurately, and safely in support of the firm’s design, e-commerce, and operational needs.
Design
Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and document all incoming deliveries, verifying accuracy, condition, and contents
Record deliveries and note any damages, discrepancies, or shortages upon receipt
Coordinate internal distribution of items to the appropriate department, project, or storage location
Maintain organized, clearly labeled, and efficient warehouse storage systems
Oversee inventory management, including accurate tracking, counts, and physical organization
Maintain real-time inventory accuracy for ecommerce and internal use
Prepare, pack, and coordinate outbound shipments, including ecommerce fulfillment
Conduct routine inventory audits and resolve discrepancies as needed
Perform routine and preventative maintenance to ensure facilities, systems, and equipment remain in proper working order
Handle general repairs and maintenance tasks as they arise
Establish and maintain maintenance schedules, checklists, and routines
Coordinate with external vendors or contractors for specialized services when required
Address miscellaneous or “odd-job” operational needs to support daily business functions
Identify potential operational issues and proactively implement solutions
Assist with warehouse organization, reconfiguration, and improvements as operational needs evolve
Support special projects, installations, and large-scale deliveries
Qualification
Required
Experience in facilities management, warehouse operations, logistics, or related hands-on operational roles
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage physical inventory and perform manual tasks as required
Comfortable using basic tracking tools, spreadsheets, or inventory systems
Reliable, self-directed, and capable of working independently
Practical problem-solver with strong follow-through
Ability to perform hands-on, physical tasks associated with warehouse and facilities operations
Regularly required to lift, carry, move, and position items, including furniture, materials, boxes, and equipment
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach for extended periods as needed
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and activity levels
Ability to safely operate basic tools and equipment associated with facilities and warehouse work
