Responsibilities

Partner with product, design, and marketing teams to refresh in-app content for key features including P2P payments, referrals, cash back, and budgeting
Lead a full review and rewrite of app content in the lead-up to and during our native app conversion - ensuring clarity, continuity, and a cohesive customer voice
Contribute to the next evolution of our Spruce.com content approach and help define our broader content strategy
Support exploration and sourcing of third-party financial education content partners to enhance our educational library
Continue supporting new feature work post-conversion while helping shape the long-term content model for the Spruce line of business

Qualification

Required

Experience in content writing, particularly for digital platforms
Ability to collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams
