Construction

Responsibilities

Print and assemble all warranty claims assigned
Completes and posts machine inspection and receiving reports into SAP database
Completes warranty registration for machines and engines, follows up with customers to ensure completion
Answers incoming service calls and input customer information into online call log (D-TAC, D-PAC, CCMS)
Utilizes department resources such as the Product Support Manual guidelines for clarification
Ensures appropriate documents are uploaded into SAP and Doc. Record
Completes other assigned tasks as required

Qualification

SAPMicrosoft OfficePrioritization skillsAttention to detailOrganizational skills

Required

High School diploma or equivalent, or six months to one year related experience with similar types of duties performed; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Attention to detail with documents and established processes
Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work
