KALEIDO is seeking a Personal Assistant to the Founder who will serve as a right-hand operator to help manage multiple businesses and personal logistics. The role requires proactive support in calendar management, business operations, and maintaining high-quality communication.

Management Consulting

Responsibilities

Own the Founder’s calendar, inbox, priorities, and day-of logistics
Act as a second brain — protecting time, surfacing priorities, and keeping execution moving
Convert verbal direction into clear plans, schedules, and follow-ups
Run logistics across business operations and personal support
Provide proactive updates and recommendations
Calendar, inbox, travel, meetings, documentation, light bookkeeping
Personal appointments, travel, errands, gifting, light home logistics
Client & partner management with clear expectation delivery & accuracy
Client communication & deliverables, market research & analysis
Vehicle drop-offs/pick-ups, detailing, maintenance, claims, ratings
Deliver a high-touch, high-quality experience for our brand operations
Revenue logging, service tickets, expansion support
Professional, polished communication - written & verbal
Proposal decks, visuals, presentations, vendor coordination
Brand development & social media management for new ventures

Required

2 years+ in high-demand customer service or direct support of entrepreneur/founder/executive (recent college graduates or early career professionals eligible)
Experience in start-ups, entrepreneur/founder companies, lifestyle, real estate, start-ups, entertainment, or agency industries
Comfortable with evenings/weekends as needed
Strong judgment, follow-through, and emotional intelligence
Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Calendar & travel tools
AI platforms
Finance tools (Bill.com, QuickBooks, or similar)
Squarespace / Wix / Social Media creativity
Professional, polished communication - written & verbal
