Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Project Engineer and project team

Assist with contractor onboarding, tracking, and compliance documentation

Manage scheduling and coordinate project timelines, meetings, and deliverables

Maintain accurate records, correspondence, and reporting

Support logistical needs for contractors and project activities

Facilitate communication and coordination across contractors, project staff, and management

Coordinate logistics for site activities, including deliveries, equipment staging, and work area access

Support HSE initiatives by organizing safety meetings, maintaining attendance logs, and tracking corrective actions

Monitor field progress and performance, highlighting schedule deviations and assisting with corrective action tracking

Assist with change management processes (RFIs, field change notices, and change orders)

Maintain and update project documentation in the document management system

Coordinate and support quality control and inspection activities, including documentation and reporting

Assist in procurement and material tracking, expediting deliveries and verifying receipts at site

Participate in field walks to confirm physical progress and verify completion of scope

Prepare and support turnover documentation and closeout packages

Required

5 years of experience supporting a construction project

Strong organizational and administrative skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Valid driver's license

Preferred

College or technical degree preferred

Mining or heavy industrial experience preferred
