Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to the business operations, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence
Managing the scheduling of appointments, meetings, and conferences
Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and business documents
Handling incoming calls and providing detailed information to callers, taking messages or forwarding calls as necessary
Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures as directed
Ordering office supplies and conducting regular inventory checks
Supporting team by assisting with project management, coordination, and execution
Maintaining a high level of confidentiality regarding company documents and operations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma, or equivalent, required
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role in an office environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of a business organization
Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills, ability to work in a high-paced environment with tight deadlines
High level of discretion and judgement to handle confidential information appropriately
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field, is advantageous
