Responsibilities
Verify your own work using, Micrometers and Gages, Height gage and Caliper
Multi-task, take initiative, and communicate clearly with your team and management
Machinist will operate and maintain lathe/ milling machines
Review drawings, instructions, blueprints, or samples to ensure accurate production
Ability to take precise measurements for cutting or shaping using standard SMI, calipers, mics, and height gages
Maintain inventory of completed products
Possess attention to detail and accuracy while checking output for quality assurance and document or discard defects
Qualification
Required
Demonstrate a high degree of proficiency in the setup, operation and care of HAAS CNC lathes
Verify your own work using Micrometers and Gages, Height gage and Caliper
Multi-task, take initiative, and communicate clearly with your team and management
Operate and maintain lathe/milling machines
Experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes is required
Review drawings, instructions, blueprints, or samples to ensure accurate production
Ability to take precise measurements for cutting or shaping using standard SMI, calipers, mics, and height gages
Maintain inventory of completed products
Possess attention to detail and accuracy while checking output for quality assurance and document or discard defects
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a requirement
Preferred
Composite experience is a plus
5 axis experience is a plus
Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus
