People & Culture Partner/HR Generalist

The People and Culture Partner will support all aspects of the employee experience, focusing on recruitment, engagement, performance, and retention to foster a collaborative and respectful workplace culture.

Manufacturing

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for warehouse, logistics, sales, and administrative roles
Build strong talent pipelines and relationships with various employment networks
Oversee onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth integration of new team members
Champion the company’s values and promote a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment
Develop employee engagement programs, recognition systems, and feedback mechanisms
Facilitate internal communications that support connection, transparency, and trust
Guide employees and managers through performance management systems
Support leadership and employee development through training, coaching, and career growth initiatives
Identify skills gaps and coordinate learning opportunities
Oversee HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws, workplace safety, and company standards
Assist payroll, benefits, and employee records in collaboration with finance and operations teams
Assist in investigations and employee relations matters with fairness, discretion, and consistency
Partner with the HSE team to ensure a safe and compliant workplace, particularly within warehouse and field sales operations
Drive wellbeing programs to support physical and mental health across all employee groups

Required

Strong understanding of employment legislation and compliance
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site operational business
5+ years' experience in HR, People & Culture, or similar roles — ideally in manufacturing, logistics, food service, or CPG environments

Preferred

Exposure to HRIS / payroll systems (UKG)
