Responsibilities
Develop and scale high-performance, low-latency ad-serving systems in a high-QPS environment
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to define features, improve system reliability, and enhance platform capabilities
Implement solutions that process logs and analyze performance data to continuously optimize ad delivery and improve customer experience
Drive end-to-end ownership of key features and systems, from technical design and development to deployment and optimization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python + OR equivalent experience
At least 1+ year of DRI/Oncall experience, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolution in live systems
Solid problem-solving, coding, and debugging skills
Experience with high-QPS, low-latency systems and distributed system
Preferred
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 3+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python + OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 5+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python + OR equivalent experience
Proven experience driving features from concept to completion in an agile, fast-paced environment
Expertise in high-QPS system design, real-time data processing, and online platforms for ad engines
