Responsibilities

Responsible for collecting, interpreting, and analyzing service data from multiple sources

Track and monitor data quality, addressing any issues promptly to ensure accuracy at all times

Develop and maintain databases, data collection systems, and strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. These include improving existing data systems or designing and implementing new ones in coordination with other team members

Interact with the Service and Support team to ensure all data collection and reporting needs are met, supporting the overall operational efficiency of the team

Utilize statistical tools to interpret data sets while paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts

Prepare regular reports for management demonstrating key metrics and progress towards strategic objectives

Required

A bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, computer science, information management, or statistics or related field or equivalent work experience

Expertise in Excel, SQL, Python, or other programming tools utilised in data analysis

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
