Responsibilities

Act as the lead for SAP GTS track, responsible for timed delivery of implementation tasks ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Cross functional SAP or ERP knowledge with an ability to handle and manage a team onshore and offshore with SAP functionals and technical consultants

Lead coordination with other functional and technical teams to ensure effective integrated solution

Track and report on track performance, using KPIs with effective team management

Manage design, build, testing, deployment and support processes in the project

Lead the automations to improve the SAP GTS solution efficiency

Support the planning and execution of releases, upgrades, and cutover activities related to SAP GTS

Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SAP GTS solution

Required

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology

This position is based in Spring, TX

Should have in depth knowledge of SAP GTS 11.0 and aware of SAP GTS E4H

Experience in transformation from SAP GTS to higher version. Preferably SAP GTS 11.0 to SAP GTS E4H

Must have experience between 7-12 years of SAP GTS experience where around 4-5 years of SAP GTS 11.0 experience with minimum 4+ years as Lead

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to effectively deliver information at the Sr. Managers and Directors levels

Must have Experience working with Nearshore and Offshore Delivery teams
