Lead Circle 7 Capital’s global strategic expansion initiatives across priority markets, products, and partnerships
Identify, evaluate, and execute new growth opportunities, including geographic expansion, platform partnerships, and strategic investments
Develop market entry strategies that align with regulatory, institutional, and commercial realities
Monitor global fintech, capital markets, and digital finance trends to inform expansion strategy
Partner with executive leadership to refine and execute Circle 7 Capital’s long-term corporate strategy
Translate strategic objectives into actionable growth plans, milestones, and performance indicators
Drive cross-functional alignment between strategy, technology, investment, and operations teams
Support M&A, joint ventures, and strategic transactions from origination through execution
Build and manage strategic relationships with financial institutions, fintech platforms, technology providers, and ecosystem partners
Structure scalable partnership frameworks that support institutional adoption and long-term collaboration
Represent Circle 7 Capital in high-level negotiations with partners, investors, and stakeholders
Strengthen Circle 7 Capital’s positioning as a trusted strategic partner in the fintech and financial services ecosystem
Ensure expansion initiatives align with governance standards, regulatory considerations, and risk frameworks
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk functions to support cross-border growth initiatives
Assess strategic risks associated with new markets, partnerships, and business models
Support disciplined decision-making through data-driven analysis and strategic oversight
Lead and mentor strategy and business development teams, fostering a high-performance, execution-oriented culture
Promote collaboration across geographies and functions to support integrated growth
Support leadership development, succession planning, and capability building within strategic functions
Champion Circle 7 Capital’s values of innovation, integrity, accountability, and long-term value creation
Establish KPIs and strategic metrics to track growth performance and return on strategic initiatives
Support capital allocation decisions aligned with strategic priorities
Drive continuous improvement in strategic planning, execution speed, and decision quality
Deliver measurable outcomes in market expansion, partnership development, and enterprise value growth
Qualification
Required
20+ years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, business development, or executive leadership within fintech, financial services, or capital markets
Demonstrated success in leading strategic expansion, market entry, or partnership-driven growth
Strong understanding of fintech platforms, digital finance, capital markets, and institutional investment ecosystems
Experience working with executive leadership, boards, and institutional stakeholders
Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, communication, and execution skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering required
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree
