Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end integration between Workday and CloudPay
Design, build, and support inbound and outbound payroll integrations
Connect Workday tenants to CloudPay payroll tenants and support payroll processing
Ensure accurate flow of payroll inputs (earnings, deductions, absences, one-time payments) from Workday to CloudPay
Partner with Payroll and HRIS teams through UAT, parallel runs, and go-live
Lead payroll integration across EMEA and LATAM
Provide advisory input on integration design, risks, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Proven experience delivering Workday Payroll integrations on a contract basis
Strong hands-on experience with CloudPay payroll and integrations
Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, multi-country environment
