Responsibilities

Plan and deliver end-to-end projects (requirements, design, testing, cutover, hypercare)
Manage RAID logs, budgets, and governance forums produce executive dashboards
Drive operating model and process improvements document SOPs and controls
Coordinate UAT and production readiness ensure stable post-go-live performance
Align with risk, compliance, and audit standards maintain an auditable change record
Ability to multi-task and to take the initiative when needed
Manage IT budget planning and project time tracking on Clarity
Delivery Discipline Plans, prioritizes, and executes to target dates with high transparency
Risk Control Mindset Designs processes and changes that are audit-ready and regulator-proof
Analytical Problem-Solving Structures ambiguous problems uses data to drive decisions
Collaboration Integrates Ops, Tech, Product, and Compliance resolves dependencies proactively
Change Leadership Guides teams through complex cutovers and stabilizes post-implementation
Good Communication and interpersonal Skills

Qualification

Required

7-10 years of IT project management experience
at least 5 years in banking preferably in custodyasset servicing (global markets or investment operations)
Demonstrable delivery of complex multi-stakeholder programs (e.g. system migrations, regulatory implementations, client transitions)
Experience with IT budget planning and project time tracking preferably with Clarity
Experience with SDLC (AgileHybridWaterfall)
JiraConfluence
Proven governance and stakeholder management with senior leaders and external clients

Preferred

Knowledge of custody operations corporate actions
