Responsibilities
Maintain cognizance over the technical baseline and support baseline documentation processes
Prepare for and participate in configuration control boards and related forums
Support requirements decomposition, traceability, and change impact assessment
Coordinate with leadership to scope future actions and evolving requirements
Support enterprise integrations (for example, relay ground station site engineering and C2)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce processes and consistent execution
Qualification
Required
5+ years in systems engineering or integration
Experience in requirements and interface management
Experience performing systems engineering for satellite systems
Experience supporting configuration control boards and technical forums
Proficiency with DOORS, Cameo, or Jama; familiarity with Confluence and Jira
Knowledge of the V&V lifecycle; Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field
U.S. Citizen
Secret security clearance
On-site expectation: El Segundo, CA
Preferred
Experience in OPIR, defense weather, or tactical ISR; satellite subsystems; leading SEIT; MBSE and digital engineering
