Responsibilities
Curate and evaluate visual designs and AI-generated outputs against established technical rubrics
Provide expert written rationale for grading decisions to help refine AI model performance
Utilize advanced Figma features (components, auto-layout, tokens) to refine layouts and demonstrate standardized UI patterns
Contribute professional insights to improve design clarity and feedback loops for the project stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating high-level visual craft
Mastery of Figma
Ability to independently manage your workflow and communicate design decisions clearly
Preferred
Functional designs (dashboards, data tables, productivity tools) over simple marketing landing pages
Built a component library, style guide, or design tokens
