Responsibilities

Drive strategic relationship growth by leading cross-functional teams to develop ideas and experiences that exceed client expectations and business goals
Develop overall relationship strategy and guide account planning in partnership with VP Client Services, Account Leaders, Executive Leadership Team, and project teams to achieve annual net revenue targets
Manage account and/or portfolio revenue pipeline, ensuring accuracy and currency at all times
Partner with the CFO to ensure rigorous adherence to accurate forecasting, accounting, and revenue recognition
Lead by example in a hands-on culture of making
Collaborate as both partner and leader, recognizing that great ideas come from anywhere
Expand relationship networks with key client executives
Develop and negotiate client agreements with VP Client Services, CFO, and leadership that meet net revenue goals while maintaining work quality
Identify and propose needs clients may not yet recognize, ensuring approaches and solutions align with their objectives and strategic goals
Manage client expectations, ensure delivery of highest-quality work, and remain receptive to client feedback
Partner with production and resource management teams to ensure work is accurately, effectively, and efficiently planned and staffed
Lead strategic pitch development from RFP response through client win, including MSA and contract negotiations
Craft and present well-positioned, strategic proposals and solutions with excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
10+ years of combined experience in agencies, brands, or creative studios, with a focus on client services, account management, or business development
4+ years leading client-facing teams in a senior capacity
Proven track record of managing $5-10MM+ in annual client revenue and achieving net revenue targets
Demonstrated ability to understand and deliver on client needs while developing deep, strategic relationships
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams
Strong operational and business acumen, including experience with forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management
Deep understanding of current brand, marketing, and creative industry trends
Established network of industry contacts across client organizations and the broader creative ecosystem
Passion for fostering culture, community, and team development
Exceptional judgment, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management capabilities
