Responsibilities
Narrative Editing: Edit full-length YouTube episodes and short-form content (Reels/Shorts) using Adobe Premiere Pro
Workflow Management: Organize large volumes of 4K footage and multi-camera setups (GoPros, drones, and cinema cameras)
Sound & Color: Perform basic color grading and sound design to ensure every splash and drag-scream sounds crisp
Platform Optimization: Tailor edits specifically for different social platforms (e.g., fast-paced hooks for TikTok vs. high-retention storytelling for YouTube)
Collaboration: Work directly with Josh and the production team to brainstorm concepts and execute a consistent upload schedule
Qualification
Required
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro is a must
Proficiency in After Effects (for motion graphics) and Photoshop is a major plus
2+ years of experience editing for high-traffic social media channels or sports/outdoor media
You understand YouTube culture, pacing, and how to keep viewers engaged from the first second
Must be located in or willing to commute to Palm Beach, FL
This is an in-house position to ensure seamless collaboration with our production crew
Preferred
An interest in fishing, the outdoors, or high-action sports is highly preferred
