Part Time Administrative Assistant/Office Manager
Project 308 Design, PLLC is a full service architectural design firm located in Old Town Alexandria. They are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support their architectural and interior design staff, ensuring smooth office operations through various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
General office administration and day-to-day operational support
Assisting with proposal writing and preparation for project pursuits
Coordinating with third-party vendors to schedule routine finishes and materials library updates
Assisting with travel planning, including airfare, hotel accommodations, and rental vehicle reservations
Assisting with maintaining business and personal professional licensure for staff members
Assisting with management and tracking of business and personal credentials for staff members
Assisting with recording and tracking reimbursable expenses
Qualification
Required
College degree required
Fluency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, etc.)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a professional office setting
Preferred
Prior administrative experience preferred; experience in an architecture, design, or professional services firm is a plus
