Oracle Fusion Business Analyst

Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document requirements for Oracle Fusion ERP initiatives
Act as functional SME for Fusion Financials (GL, Accounting, FDI)
Support integration requirements with emphasis on APIs and OIC
Develop business process flows, functional specifications, and user stories
Assist in testing, UAT, training, and rollout of Fusion ERP enhancements
Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Team Leads, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met
Qualification
Required
5–7 years Business Analyst experience, with 3+ years in Oracle Fusion ERP
Strong understanding of GL, Accounting, and FDI processes
Experience working with APIs, OIC, and integration requirements
Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred
Familiarity with Oracle EPM FCC & ARC
Experience in financial services/banking ERP projects
