EXXAgent is building a national platform for licensed insurance professionals, and they are seeking an entrepreneurial Insurance Agent Sourcer / Recruiter to identify and onboard licensed insurance agents. This role involves sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines, and coordinating with management and partner agencies in a commission-only structure.

Responsibilities
Source and recruit licensed insurance agents (life, health, P&C, or specialty lines depending on need)
Actively build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and outbound outreach
Conduct initial qualification conversations to assess licensing, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate introductions and handoffs to EXXAgent management and partner agencies
Maintain organized recruiting activity using Microsoft Office tools and CRM workflows
Represent EXXAgent professionally and ethically in all recruiting interactions
Qualification
Required
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-management skills
Understanding of insurance licensing requirements (or willingness to learn quickly)
Comfortable with commission-only compensation
Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership
Preferred
Experience in insurance recruiting, agent sourcing, staffing, or insurance sales
