Responsibilities
Represent clients in court, arbitration, and before government agencies
Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests, and other legal documents

Ensure compliance with all applicable legal standards and regulations
Qualification
Required
3-10 years of experience practicing law, preferably in personal injury, construction defect, and/or employment law litigation
