The role involves managing budgets, schedules, and cost control while coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget.

Responsibilities
Manage projects from initial estimating and preconstruction through closeout
Prepare and review detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bid packages
Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements to develop accurate estimates
Develop project schedules, work plans, and resource forecasts
Track project costs, manage change orders, and ensure budget adherence
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers during bidding and execution
Lead project meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies
Review contracts, scopes of work, and subcontractor agreements
Provide regular project status updates, cost reports, and forecasts to leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with hands-on estimating experience
Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
Proven experience preparing estimates, budgets, and cost analyses
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
Proficiency with project management and estimating software
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
Local experience in Palm Beach County or South Florida
