Grandir Solutions is a high growth digital marketing agency start-up dedicated to driving growth and delivering exceptional results for our clients. They are seeking a motivated and dynamic Digital Account Manager to manage client accounts, execute marketing strategies, and ensure successful outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of SMB clients, developing and implementing tailored digital marketing strategies across SEO, AIO, PPC, SEM, CRO, content marketing, and social media campaigns
Lead consultative client meetings and presentations leveraging campaign performance data and detailed reports that demonstrate ROI and inform expansion opportunities
Onboard, nurture, retain, grow, and expand client account relationships
Analyze and leverage data to monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI
Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless and cohesive execution and delivery, resulting in optimal client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, social media, account management, or a related field
Proven expertise in SEO and Google Business Profile
Strong understanding of social media marketing and content strategy
Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to take immediate, decisive action
High attention to detail and a perfectionist approach to project management
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-first attitude
Charismatic, professional demeanor with demonstrated history of earning trust and building strong client relationships
