Responsibilities
Collaborate with attorneys and clients to prepare comprehensive estate plans, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
Gather, review, and organize documents related to real estate, personal property, financial accounts, and other important asset-related information
Communicate effectively with clients about the estate planning process, available options, timelines, fees, and other common questions
Speak with prospective clients who are considering engaging the firm
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of estate planning paralegal experience
Strong understanding of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, durable financial powers of attorney, and advance medical directives
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
A motivated self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Probate experience is a plus
Experience with WC software and/or real estate transactions is a plus
