Responsibilities

Get out in the field and meet customers where the work happens
Build relationships with shops, plants, and decision-makers (operators → owners)
Prospect new accounts + grow existing ones with high integrity, high activity
Ask great questions, find the bottleneck, recommend the right solution
Coordinate quotes, orders, and follow-up with our internal team
Track activity and pipeline in our CRM (because momentum matters)

Required

Valid driver's license + ability to travel within your territory
Strong communication + follow-through

Preferred

Industrial distribution, machining, MRO, manufacturing, metalworking experience
Familiarity with cutting tools, blades, abrasives, PPE, shop consumables
CRM experience
