Responsibilities

Engage with customers through various communication methods, including email, inbound and outbound phone calls to resolve customer’s issues, complaints, delinquent balances, and/or cancel requests

They will represent the company with a high standard of professionalism and make it their priority to positively impact Customer Experience

Work with multiple customers to find unique solutions, bringing the customer to 100% satisfaction with the company, and resolving any outstanding balances, issues or concerns

Build and maintain a positive customer relationship in every interaction – manage all customer issues and escalations within the outlined scope
