New Grad, Entry LevelAnyware Robotics is a fast-paced startup focused on creating next-generation robots for unstructured environments. They are seeking a Test Engineer to support robot testing, coordinate with various teams, and maintain test suites to ensure optimal robot performance.

Responsibilities
Coordinate with different groups for robotic testing and report:
Work with deployment teams to establish appropriate test coverage for customer-facing scenarios
Develop and maintain high-priority test suites focused on critical robot behaviors and previously identified failure modes
Daily test of the Pixmo robot system in various environments, including simulation testing and physical world testing
Managing the latest test code release and raise potential performance issues after the test. Draft test report to corresponding development team
Maintain and apply field-readiness checklists and robot capability matrices to support deployment planning and risk evaluation
Shop management:
Managing the test space and workshop for safety, inventory, standard compliance, and tidiness
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates, hardware inspections and replacements
Perform repairs for light-duty tools, 3D printers, etc
Qualification
Required
BS in engineering major or related fields
Enthusiasm for robots, machines, and strong learners
Strong ownership to robot testing, and be able to work independently and with minimal supervision
Basic knowledge with Linux/Unix and/or Robot Operating System (ROS); Python or Linux experience is a plus
Strong communications and project management skills to recognize, communicate, and properly document product issues and necessary improvements
