Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations, including staff coordination, task delegation, and issue resolution

Receive incoming goods and ensure accurate transaction posting in the inventory system

Lead and support production kitting and manage material returns

Oversee and reconcile inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions

Generate and maintain inventory status and exception reports on a regular or as-needed basis

Ensure compliance with inventory control policies, cycle counts, and physical inventory activities

Provide direct support for international shipments, including proper documentation and scheduling

Act as backup to the Warehouse Supervisor, ensuring continuity of operations during absences

Promote and maintain 5S, ESD handling, and warehouse safety standards

Motivate, train, and lead warehouse staff, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment
