Qualification
Required
Experience in talent sourcing, candidate interviewing, and managing recruitment pipelines
Ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engagement with candidates and internal teams
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
