WS - Research Assistant (Singh)
University of Pikeville is seeking a Research Assistant to support clinical and research operations within KYCO. The role involves assisting with participant recruitment, data collection, documentation, and various administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities
Assist with recruiting, screening, and scheduling study participants
Conduct pre-assessments and administer validated questionnaires
Support data entry, data management, and accuracy monitoring
Coordinate study visit logistics, documentation, and communication with the Principal Investigator
Maintain participant files, consent forms, visit logs, and study documentation following Good Clinical Practice and IRB standards
Assist with inventory of study supplies, materials, and lens kits
Prepare documents for reports, abstracts, and manuscripts
Attend vision screenings and record data
Provide clerical support including proofreading, photocopying, filing, and general administrative tasks
Maintain professionalism including confidentiality, punctuality, and communication regarding schedule changes
Qualification
Required
Entry-level experience
Ability to assist with recruiting, screening, and scheduling study participants
Ability to conduct pre-assessments and administer validated questionnaires
