Responsibilities

Demonstrate proficiency in all Kitting & Assembly level duties and responsibilities

Assist Line Leads to supervise Kitting & Assembly lines in flow and work assignments

Assist Line Leads to keep lines moving as efficiently as possible without jeopardizing quality

Aid Line Leads to ensure accuracy and proficiency on their Kitting line

Perform line audits

Report to Supervisor if issues occur regarding temporary workers or other employees

Contact Supervisor/Leads regarding issues with Kits

Assist the Kitting line to ensure finished Kits are created on time

Respect and cooperate with individuals and assist others in reaching objectives

Follow all safety rules/regulations, company procedures and policies

Implement work assignments within the most cost effectiveness and manufacturing efficiencies

Make recommendations that best fit our process requirements

Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas

Continually strive to learn and improve all processes

Other duties as assigned
