1+ years expLHH is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to support financial reporting and month-end close activities. This role involves partnering with Accounting and Finance teams to ensure accurate financial data and improve accounting processes.

Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation
Maintain and improve accounting processes and internal controls
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and management reporting as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1–3 years of accounting or financial analysis experience
Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience in a corporate or shared services environment
Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, or FP&A
