Required
Applicants must be able to work directly on a W2 basis
A bachelor's degree is required
High level of knowledge and understanding of at least one IGA platform solution (OIG, SailPoint, Saviynt, ForgeRock)
Strong analytical skills for understanding complex datasets
Ability to write SQL queries, Python, or Shell scripts and pull relevant data from databases and file systems
Experience in creating strategic performance dashboards and metrics
Skills in planning, organizing, and adapting within a multi-tasking environment
Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and customer service orientation
Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and identify their potential impact within the existing environment
An understanding of regulatory requirements and experience supporting internal and external audits by gathering evidence is a significant advantage
