Responsibilities
Build and lead the Agentic Platform team from scratch, serving as the technical visionary and "Head of AI" for the region
Architect and develop the core Agentic AI platform, designing autonomous agents that can reason, plan, and execute complex workflows to drive operational excellence
Actively code and prototype key components of the system (Python/LLM frameworks), setting the standard for code quality and architectural patterns
Collaborate with global executive leadership to define the AI product roadmap, ensuring alignment with Deep Sync’s broader data and identity strategy
Recruit, hire, and mentor a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and technical excellence
Drive the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies into our deterministic identity graph and marketing solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
12+ years of total software engineering experience, with at least 4+ years in a technical leadership or management role
Deep understanding of the Agentic AI landscape (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel) and experience building autonomous agent workflows
Expert-level programming skills in Python
Strong experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
Experience designing scalable systems on cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and using containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Must be located in Hyderabad, India (Hybrid work model)
Preferred
Proficiency in Java or C++ is a plus
Previous experience in a startup environment or as a founding member of a new team/product vertical is highly desirable
