Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field
Comfortable with Small Language Models (SLM) to Pattern Recognition
Ability to explain technical concepts in a professional and easy to grasp manner
Enjoys playing with new tools and finding unconventional solutions
Excited to help grow the next generation of data experts
Willing to represent the company at events, conferences, and networking circles
Hardworking, playful, and disciplined
Confident in navigating the technical arsenal of Active Autonomy: LangGraph, CrewAI, and Upstash
Familiar with Modern Stack: TypeScript, React (Zod/Tremor), and JSON Orchestration
Knowledgeable in Deep Intelligence: SLMs, RAG Models (Pinecone/Weaviate), and Mathematical Algorithms
Understanding of Binary Ethics: Algorithmic integrity, SHAP/LIME, and Human-in-the-Loop (RLHF) refinement
