You will be the technical lead for the team, initially appointing 2-3 engineers to work in the embedded/firmware team with you
Beyond this, the team will grow to 5+ over the next 18-24 months
The success now brings the urgent requirement to build the technical team to increase the internal capability, and deliver on multiple contracts/projects
