Responsibilities

Monitor debit and credit transactions for EFT payments, wires and physical checks
Work closely with banks to resolve outstanding stuck transactions and requests for information
Map incoming payments to corresponding orders
Help navigate necessary process changes in team process due to evolving bank regulations

Required

3+ years of proven experience in operations or a related field
Strong understanding of payments and banking operations
