Responsibilities

Lead and support regional field service representatives, ensuring alignment with Mindray’s national service policies and performance standards
Set annual goals for each team member, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching and development opportunities
Oversee daily field operations, including scheduling, expense management, and compliance with administrative and quality procedures
Address and resolve customer escalations, ensuring timely and professional service delivery that meets or exceeds expectations
Monitor and report on regional performance metrics, including revenue, budget, and service quality indicators
Manage hiring, training, promotions, and disciplinary actions for regional service staff
Collaborate closely with internal departments—such as Technical Support, Dispatch, Sales, and Quality—to coordinate service priorities and resolve systemic issues
Oversee handling of customer complaints, escalations, and field product performance issues to ensure resolution and continuous improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in field service management or a related leadership role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop remote teams
Proven ability to manage operational budgets and drive performance to plan
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with a hands-on leadership style
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach
Valid driver's license and good driving record
