They are seeking a Laboratory Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of their assay development laboratory by ensuring organization, compliance, and equipment upkeep.

Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day operations of our fast-growing assay development laboratory
Assist with equipment upkeep
Inventory restocking
Routine cleaning
General lab support
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or associate's degree required
Basic understanding of laboratory workflows, including solution preparation, specimen handling, and equipment upkeep
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to manage routine responsibilities with minimal supervision
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform tasks in cold storage environments (e.g., refrigerators, -20°C freezers)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic data entry
Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills and a willingness to support cross-functional lab teams
Preferred
coursework or training in a scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology)
1+ years of experience in a laboratory, healthcare, or scientific support environment strongly preferred
experience with LIMS or inventory systems is a plus
