The CSR will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service while contributing to sales initiatives and supporting the customer base.

Responsibilities
Process customer quotes, purchase orders, RMAs, and related tasks efficiently and accurately
Provide product information, pricing, and order status updates to customers
Identify and prioritize issues, coordinating with engineering, production, and other departments to ensure timely solutions
Assist outside sales representatives with quotations, proposals, and customer inquiries
Inbound calls - 30-40 calls a day. Could be less or could be more based on day
Handling online chats daily - not very many but they have a chat line
Order Entry - 5-20 orders a day with 2-10 line items on avg
Supporting all product lines - over 1K SKEWS, 100's of parts
Handling quotes for customers and providing them a rough quote with no PO's
Managed details on taxes for quoting and orders that need to be applied
Qualification
Required
1+ year of customer service/order entry from the C&IP industry
CRM/ERP skills
data entry skills or order entry
Preferred
Electronics industry experience (either hands on or order entry)
Previous experience with quoting orders
