Responsibilities
Analyze Business Needs: Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to understand business goals, identify inefficiencies, and define technical requirements
Design Technical Solutions: Create high-level architectural blueprints, define the project's technology stack, and design for scalability, availability, and security
Develop Roadmaps: Provide recommendations and create technology roadmaps to guide the implementation of the proposed solution
Ensure Technical Quality: Oversee the integration and implementation of solutions, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic vision and meet project quality and timeliness standards
Manage Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate the technical strategy, progress, and risks to stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge
Lead Technical Teams: Guide development teams and collaborate with other architects, project managers, and business analysts to deliver the solution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and/or 10+ years of experience
TS/SCI required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI with Poly highly desired
Deep knowledge of enterprise and software architecture, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and systems integration
Ability to connect business demands with viable technology solutions and make data-driven decisions
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills for advising stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams
A mindset focused on addressing complex technical challenges and finding the best solutions for organizational efficiency
Understanding of business processes, financial management, and risk analysis to ensure solutions align with business goals
