Sponsorship Sales Executive
RevUp Property Representation is focused on generating revenue through corporate sponsorships in the higher education and athletics sectors. The Sponsorship Sales Executive will develop partnerships that align with university priorities while managing relationships and driving sales across various platforms.

Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and close corporate sponsorships across athletics, campus facilities, events, media, and digital platforms
Explore academic and community partnerships
Meet or exceed annual sponsorship revenue goals
Develop and manage a strong pipeline of local, regional, and national brand partners
Sell integrated sponsorships including athletic team partnerships, venue signage, naming rights, digital media, NIL-aligned programs (where applicable), events, and experiential activations
Collaborate with athletic department leadership to align sponsorship strategy with team needs and compliance requirements
Support sponsorship opportunities tied to game days, championships, and special events
Build customized, long-term partnerships aligned with university values, academic priorities, and community engagement
Develop sponsorship programs that include experiential learning, internships, workforce development, and alumni engagement when appropriate
Ensure all partnerships meet institutional, conference, and NCAA compliance standards
Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned sponsors
Manage renewals, upsells, and multi-year agreements
Provide post-season reporting and ROI insights to partners
Work closely with athletics, marketing, advancement, communications, and legal teams
Coordinate sponsor fulfillment, activations, and game-day execution
Support creative development of new sponsorship assets and inventory
Track sponsorship trends in collegiate athletics and higher education
Identify new categories and revenue opportunities
Provide feedback to leadership on pricing, packaging, and asset optimization
Qualification
Required
3–7+ years of sponsorship sales or B2B partnership experience
Demonstrated success closing five- and six-figure sponsorship agreements
Strong understanding of athletic sponsorship assets and campus environments
Consultative, relationship-driven sales approach
Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
Strong presentation and storytelling skills
High level of professionalism and integrity
Results-oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred
Experience selling collegiate, sports, or higher education sponsorships
