Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and receivable
Process payroll and oversee benefits administration
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
Manage vendor relationships and technology partners
Maintain and update CRM, including client call lists
Enter and track client resource consumption
Support recruiting and onboarding efforts
Coordinate and manage the company’s annual virtual conference
Support ad hoc projects as needed

Required
