Responsibilities

Delivers training services to defined internal audiences or designated customer base or within an assigned product area / domain
Partners with product, technical, sales and other subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand product features and functionality
Works with internal teams and/or customers to understand training needs
Designs, develops, delivers and maintains training materials and exercises
Provides first level trouble shooting for product-related issues while conducting training sessions
Evaluates training success through participant feedback and survey responses

Required

Diploma or equivalent work experience required
Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Technical Training
